This signature ES style has evolved from our very first collection in 2013 with its high rise, wide leg, generous hem, and flat elastic waist. Now featuring optional inseam pockets, you can choose your own adventure for the ability to carry-on or keep the silhouette as sleek as possible. The base shape is classic 1920s—inspired by the elegant, put-together-but still-a-little-sexy-and-quirky beach pajamas of the time. Shows a bit of ankle and has wonderful drape and movement. The clean, no-fuss cut strikes the perfect balance of statement and simplicity and looks just as good with a silk tank and heels as with a cozy sweater and sneakers.

Since receiving these pants I have worn them more than every other day. There’s no other pant I want to be wearing. One because they are so comfortable - both the waistband and the room in the legs / crotch placement. And two because they drape beautifully, falling right at my ankle bone. The green is slightly greener than what I expected (a muted olive) and I’m loving it. I went for pockets and my ambitious filling of pockets miraculously does not bulge or pull at the fabric. Absolute perfection, these pants.
Florence Pants in midweight linen, XXL. I tried them on as soon as they arrived, in the middle of a heatwave in Spain... Had to! And I was more than pleased with the fit and how they move, and oh! How comfortable they are...!
Had to shorten the hem but it was an easy fix.
I like that they reach well over my waist, as I'm quite short and this makes me feel more 'held' and make my legs look slightly longer :)
So I hope the heat will let me start putting outfits together soon and I'm sure I'll be wearing them for many years to come :D
I live in these pants! I have five colors at this point. The Florence Pants helps me feel polished while still be comfortable. I wear a size 29 jean (usually) and the size large are great!

I absolutely love my new midweight linen Florence pants. I own several pairs of Florences, but they are pretty long in the tooth at this point so I treated myself to a new pair when Liz announced the new colors. I love the new midweight linen color palette and can't wait to add more pieces to my wardrobe.
These pants are great for summer, so well constructed, beautiful drape. I can wear them with a tshirt or tunic and look pulled together.
When I put these pants on for the first time, I sighed with contentment and said “yes”. These pants are what pants should be. Elegant and comfortable. I get stopped regularly by women while I’m out and about telling me how they love my pants and where did I buy them?

I bought my first Florence pant several years ago and wore them so much as a teacher that I eventually wore them out. They were a perfect pant then, even without pockets. Somehow casual and elevated at the same time. It was a big investment in a pant but I got so much wear out of them that it was worth it. When the yellow Florence went on sale I decided to take the plunge again. My size wasn’t available but the size up was so I got it anyway. I’m so happy I did! Sized up Florence’s are flowy and comfortable and I liked them so much that I bought two more pair in different colors to wear all summer. I wish I had been able to get the pecan too! I’m 5’2 so the hem is not cropped on me in the larger size. They feel more dressy this way and will easily transition from day to evening wear with the right top. I don’t buy a lot of clothes, and I tend to wear things a long time. It’s important to me to invest in quality items. These pants will serve me well for many years and, like all ES clothes, won’t go out of style.

A nice midweight linen with comfortable waist and ample pockets. They are roomy through the derrière but not so roomy, that they are unflattering.
Great pair of pants. I went up a size to accommodate my larger hips and thighs. Fit well. I love the bright egg yolk color.
