I will always rave about the ES mid-weight linen, but to add some specifics... The texture of all of them (including the black) is so satisfying. I find it really easy to get the grain aligned. It has just a bit of nubbiness so you're reminded that it is a carefully produced natural material.
Winter, spring, summer, fall; it's my favorite fabric all year long. It only improves with wear and laundering. A nice, tight weave and few slubs. Highly recommend!
